The most important part of making a mistake is recovering from it. That means not giving up on your resolution, and finding the motivation to keep going (or reset). Here are three ways to reignite the spark on your best intentions:

1) Listen to TED Talks.

TED Talks can make you think, challenge your assumptions, or teach you something new. But they can also be a source of inspiration, especially when you find your motivation flagging. 2) Surround yourself with inspiration.
