通常我会通过点击蓝色的共享按钮并输入要共享的用户电子邮件或组来共享报告。我要找的是一个共享所有在我们组织中注册的每个用户，这样，如果一个新用户注册到Smartsheet组织，他们就可以自动查看共享表。而目前我需要将这个人分别添加到每个报告中。

@Sean_H-我已经使用发布功能与组织中的所有用户共享，但我也遇到了挑战。我们遇到过一些用户收到错误消息(很容易通过给他们分配一个许可证并删除它来修复——不确定为什么这样修复它)，但更糟糕的是，我们无法看到哪些用户正在查看工作表。活动日志为使用已发布链接访问它的任何人显示“Publish User”。在我的用例中，我也没有尝试使用当前用户过滤器，所以我不知道发布的链接是否会受到尊重。
你有动态视图吗?我能够与我的域名分享，它尊重当前用户(我很确定)，但它也有它的怪癖，所以在切换之前做你的研究-如果这是你感兴趣的东西。

谢谢你的回复@Andree Stara和@kwoodham。我提交了一个所有组织共享选项的增强请求。有1万多名员工，要跟上每天的变化是不可能的。我试图通过使用当前用户功能从我的盘子中删除工作，不再有超过100个不同部门的报告，但意识到从组中添加和删除用户将是同样多的工作。
