@Andree Stara-我有和Sean一样的用例/挑战。组也不能解决这个问题，除非可以在添加或删除新用户时自动维护组成员关系。我们想要一个无接触的解决方案，与整个组织共享一个项目。我们几乎每天都有人进进出出(大型组织)。管理一个全公司的组不是有效的，也不是可扩展的。
@Sean_H-我使用发布功能与我组织中的所有用户共享，但我也遇到了挑战。我们已经有一些用户得到了一个错误消息(很容易通过给他们分配一个许可证并删除它来补救-不确定为什么这样做修复了它)，但更糟糕的是，我们无法看到哪些用户正在查看该表格。活动日志显示“发布用户”，任何人访问它与发布链接。在我的用例中，我也不尝试使用当前用户过滤器，所以我不知道是否会被发布的链接尊重。

谢谢你的回复@Andree Stara而且@kwoodham．我提交了一个增强请求，让所有组织都可以选择共享。对于1万多名员工来说，跟上每天的变化是不可能的。我试图通过使用“当前用户”功能，从我的盘子中删除不再有超过100个不同部门的报告的工作，但意识到从组中添加和删除用户将同样多的工作。
