@Sean_H-我使用发布功能与我的组织中的所有用户共享，但我也遇到了挑战。我们已经有一些用户收到了错误消息(很容易通过给他们分配许可证并删除它来补救——不确定为什么这样可以修复它)，但更糟糕的是，我们无法看到哪些用户正在查看表。活动日志为使用已发布链接访问它的任何人显示“发布用户”。在我的用例中，我没有尝试使用当前用户过滤器，所以我不知道是否会与发布链接一起。

谢谢你的回复@Andree Stara而且@kwoodham．我提交了一份关于共享的所有组织选项的增强请求。1万多名员工不可能跟上每天的变化。我试图通过使用“当前用户”功能，将不再需要为超过100个不同部门报告的工作从我的盘子中删除，但我意识到从组中添加和删除用户也需要同样多的工作。
