我想使用智能表单提醒，每天给我发邮件，告知到期未完成的任务。然而，他们并不总是通过每天，尽管它有正确的设置

为此，我使用一个表单来添加新任务，然后在我的工作表中包括以下列:

  • 活动到期的日期列(添加时的未来日期)
  • 一个有Today-date列的公式列(我这样做是为了让这个列每天都改变，我认为这是提示警报所必需的，它会检测到它是0或负)
  • 一个已完成的复选框列，使已完成的项目不包括在每天的提醒中。

有没有人做过类似的事情-我已经包括警报如下图-我的问题是，有些日子它通过，但其他日子它没有，这会导致问题。

    关于您期望收到电子邮件的行:您是否检查了这些行以确保该行符合上述标准?我觉得你的配方有问题。您是否可以使用“Due Date”为“In past”的警报条件，而不是依赖于列中的公式?(或者“今天”，取决于想要的结果。)

    如果您有一个基于Today()计算日期的公式，我认为在公式重新计算之前必须打开工作表。

    我通常使用“提醒”而不是“通知”。我将用复选框、到期日期(Date)和提醒(Date)列配置工作表。我为提醒日期列使用了一个公式，如"=IF(Checkbox1，""，Due1)"。您可以锁定提醒列，因为它是一个公式，您不需要手动更改。

    当设置提醒时，你可以点击“打开”选项来运行提醒，比如在截止日期3天后。

    我通常在提醒列计算中更进一步，在公式中或基于对另一个单元格的引用设置提醒的日期。例如，我设置提醒日期值为"=IF(Checkbox1，""，(Due1-3))"，并设置提醒本身在提醒日期(Due1-3天)上运行。这样做可以让我调整提醒日期，而不必更改提醒本身。

    最后，我通常用“IFERROR”来包装这些类型的公式，以防万一计算有任何问题:

    = IFERROR(如果(Complete1”、“(Due1-3)), " ")

    我认为加拿大吉姆指出了这个问题。如果行没有更改，它将不会发送Notification。它也不会发送一个给更改的人，除非特别配置这样做(在你的个人设置|设置|通信首选项)

    最后，您提到了TODAY()公式。当没有太多的表单需要这个功能时，我使用Zapier来强制刷新。关于这一点，请参阅我的帖子。

The issue is it doesn't know whether to check the box or not check the box because there are multiple ORD0241 on the Request sheet and one is checked and one is not checked. If I am understanding correctly you want the box checked if any of the ORD0241 are checked on the request sheet. If that is correct you would need to use a countifs formula with an If formula<\/p>
