我有一个自动工作流程的表单。其中三个单元格是姓名——实际上是电子邮件地址。列属性设置为“Contact List…”


表单上的最后一个问题是“请求更新”。默认选择为“Yes”。


我希望这将如何工作如下:

John Doe输入三个带有姓名(电子邮件地址)的单元格

完成表格或尽可能多地完成。

提交。

“Request an Update…”函数将表单发送给所有三个人。

这三个人中的任何一个都可以添加/编辑/更正表单并重新提交。

    如果您设置了一个表单来在工作表上创建一个新行,然后是一个带有三个操作的更新请求工作流(如果选中“是”,则三个更新请求操作将发送到三个不同的联系人单元格),然后是,您将向每个选定的联系人发送一个更新请求类型的表单。

    棘手的事情是,如果您希望在初始更新请求之后重复此过程。在这种情况下,您需要第二个触发器,而不是使用前面相同的“Yes”。

    例如,您可以有另一个名为“请求更多更新?”的字段,并让用户在从他们的电子邮件中填写表单时选中该框。第二个复选框可能是第二轮的触发器,发送另外3个更新请求。

    请记住,如果其中一个联系人没有填写他们的第一个请求,而另一个用户选中了“请求更多更新”框,这可能意味着他们最终在收件箱中收到了同一行的两个请求。我可能会建议“请求更多更新”是一个框,只有当初始更新不够时,管理工作表的用户才会选中这个框。

@J.Barrow<\/a> There isn't a vanilla Smarsheet formula to do that. However, I think you are trying to make it more complicated than it needs to be :) . I suggest the following:<\/p>

  1. Create a date column to track when the task is completed<\/li>
  2. Create a workflow automation to record a date in that column when the status changes to \"Complete\"<\/li><\/ol>
