Slack Integration - Send Smartsheet alert to specific member of a slack channel?
I have set u an integration between Smartsheet and slack to send alerts to a private slack channel. Can I further qualify this alert to send it to a particular member of the slack channel?
Separately, will non-licensed smartsheet users see the alert from Smartsheet in the slack channel that they are members of?

Genevieve P. Employee AdminThe Alert will send to everyone in that Slack channel, regardless of if they are shared to the sheet, licensed or unlicensed.
If you want a notification to go to one specific person, you could ask them to set up the Smartsheet Bot in Slack and configure their notification settings in Smartsheet to allow alerts to come to Slack.

Then you can set up the Alert to go directly to that user and they will receive the alert in their Email, in Smartsheet,andin the Slack Bot.

That's a good question - the Bot itself identifies that to add this to Slack you'd need to have a paid account (aka licensed) however I haven't personally tested this.

@Genevieve P.Is it possible to setup a notification to a specific Slack channel when someone requests access to a sheet? Right now I have it setup to my personal Slack but I'd prefer access requests go to my team channel so anyone can grant access. Thanks!

No, there currently isn't a way to have that specific type of alert sent to a slack channel. Please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating anIdea Postin theSmartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic.
