Protect Workspace Sheets From Being Copied

Good Day to Everyone.

I have created a project management structure (folders, reports, dashboards, schedule, risk/actions. etc) that I think is fairly thorough and reasonably simple to use. I have invested a fair amount of time in developing this.

Is there a way to protect it from being copied by people I share it with?

Generally, I am a collaborative and open source kind of guy. However, I have a vendor that in the future might be a competitor. I need the vendor to provide updates on the current projects so I have given them access to relevant workspaces (one for each project). I want them to see the status, be able to provide updates, etc within a sheet. However, I would like to make it so they couldn't copy the sheets, reports, etc. I basically want to protect my development while still allowing inputs within the sheet.

    You could use the Premium App, WorkApps or if you have the highest Advance package, you can disable the possibility of saving as new and similar.

    Andree - as always thanks for the prompt response.

    Response 1 - Use WorkApps or "highest Advance package" - Those would likely work, but we have decided we are not willing to put additional money into premium apps/packages

    Response 2 - Dynamic View - This we have and are interested in wresting more value from it. I understand I could allow field entry with Dynamic view, but woud they be able to view the project schedule, dashboards, etc?

I understand. Unfortunately, there is no other option that I see. One thing to make it easier for you to add the name is to have a helper column in the source sheet with a formula to identify duplicates.
