Share only certain columns

Good Afternoon

I want to be able to share only selected columns of a sheet with a sub-contractor.

So I created a report, added the two columns . . . but the contractor cannot see any data because he is not shared to the underlying sheet.

I cant share him to the underlying sheet - it is confidential

I can publish the report, but then he cannot edit . . .

Any suggestions?

Hi @fritzimendez<\/a> Create a report from the sheet where your data is collected. The use the report widget to add the data (in a report) to the dashboard. Does this help?<\/p>

OK Update.<\/p>

I'm a bit lazy to update my original question AGAIN, but this is indeed happening on columns where I have multiple selections as well. <\/p>

For some reason, when I restrict the ability to add multiple users to a column, my name shows up, but when I allow multiple users to be selected, my name does NOT show up. I had someone else test this and the same thing happens to them.<\/p>

Very strange... but I have found my answer. Currently Data Shuttle workflows can only be built with Sheets (not Reports), as you've found. <\/p>

You can select specific columns from the sheet in the Mapping<\/strong> tab of the Workflow, eliminating any unnecessary columns. You can also set Filters <\/strong>in the workflow to mimic any filters you had on the Report as well. See: Set filters to control which rows are offloaded<\/a><\/p>
