#Invalid Operation - Error

I have a issue that I just can't figure out. I have 2 identical Smartsheets one was saved as new from the other.
I have the same formula in the same column in the 1 Smartsheet example I get a #INVALID OPERATION (Red Arrow) however in the 2nd Smartsheet example (Blue Arrow) the formula works
In the attached I have provided example of each sheet with a snap shot of formula's and Columns being used in those formulas
Appreciate any help we are trying to roll this out to depts.

It looks like row 1 in each of your screenshots has different data in the ED LOS in hours column and the one to the left of that. Could it be that there is something somewhere else on the sheet that could be throwing things off?

That was it, there was invalid data thank you that should have been the first thing I checked.

Happy to help.
The invalid operation error is letting you know that while the formula syntax itself isn't necessarily wrong, you may still be trying to use incorrect data types for a particular function such as trying to use dates in a SUM function or blanks in a MONTH or YEAR function.
