列过滤器

我经营一家住宅建筑公司，几乎所有业务都是通过Smartsheet进行的。
这导致了我们的“标准住宅”模板现在包含105列!
其中大部分用于计算和自动化，并且仅在创建新项目时用于特定流程。
我已经创建了一个设置新作业的指令列表，这需要只显示某些列，目前我们正在隐藏未使用的列。这样做的问题是，当你想再次看到一个列时，你必须“取消隐藏所有列”，然后再次隐藏它们。
理想情况下，我喜欢一个“列过滤器”，它可以让我预先设置工作视图。
我知道报告看起来像答案，但它们受到限制，不允许添加一行，而且条件格式不会立即更新，这使得它们不太直观。
有人对我如何解决这个问题有什么想法/建议吗?

删除浴池将:
从商家报价列表中删除浴缸
从管道规格报告中删除浴室细节
从项目费用预测中删除浴缸的费用。
删除浴和所有升级选项从我已经创建的应用程序
从配件订购单中删除浴缸
删除水管工和建筑工人安装浴缸的预约
如果我要把这些项目分成几张表，我就需要不断地在这些表中寻找断开的链接，这将是耗时的，而且很可能会错过。

So You can't say when X and Y then show field.<\/p> You could create 2 separate Date fields and only have 1 relevant to your Hours.
