我正在使用来自分组报告功能的新图形,这非常酷,除了我的图例说“未命名系列”而不是实际的系列名称。

我想要一个饼状图。数据是正确的,但图例是空白的。我需要图例显示“级别”从分组报告,对应于它的一块饼。否则,图表就没有信息。

    我看到您的Report中有Sheet Name一栏,是否需要这个?尝试取出额外的列,看看这是否有助于Chart小部件确定使用什么作为图例名称。

    我删除了我的“表名”列,我仍然得到相同的结果。

    我的报告是按“级别”分组的,然后有三列是总结,我想单独绘制图表。当我创建我的小部件时,我从报告中拉入所有数据,然后使用小部件编辑器中的列选择器,我只选择我想要绘制为饼图的列。在本例中,选择的列是“Level”

    在主工作表中,Level列是使用单个下拉选择填充的。

    下面是折叠摘要报告的大视图(不包括列标题)。最后,我想要三个不同的图表来表示总结级别信息,每个总结列对应一个图表。

    谢谢你的澄清!我认为这可能是基于分组在报告中的工作方式而发生的。当您使用网格数据创建图表时(例如从没有分组的Sheet或Report中创建图表),那么很容易根据需要排除或包含列。但是,对于分组和汇总报告,构建图表是为了查看报告的整体。

    由于您希望创建三个不同的图表,我建议创建三个独立的源报表:每个图表一个。在每个源报告中只包含您需要的确切列。这将允许您显示带有分组名称的图例!

The sheet owner is always displayed in the Reply To field of automated emails. If a user clicks the Update Request on a row, then the email will display that user's (the sender of the Update Request) name in the Reply To field of the Update Request.<\/p>

The email is not reply-able because the email address is for Smartsheet automation, and not the sheet owner or the Update Requester. <\/p>

I've been researching in the Power Automate site for Smartsheet (https:\/\/powerautomate.microsoft.com\/en-us\/connectors\/details\/shared_smartsheet\/smartsheet\/<\/a>) and I haven't been able to find a specific flow that could accomplish what you intend. I also reviewed their Community posts and while I wasn't able to find your same request, this post<\/a> has some information about how to Connect Smartsheet with Sharepoint and could be of help.<\/p>

Alternatively, if your organization count with the required technical resources, you may also use our API<\/a> to create your own solution.<\/p>

It looks like you're using the same Approval column to record your responses in either workflow. This means that when something is changed to Approved in that column, both of your workflows are moving through the next steps, as they both think they're triggered. <\/p>
