  • 我已经找到了一个解决这个自动刷新问题的方法。

    我用Zapier创建了一个免费帐户,并连接了我的Smartsheet帐户。我创建了一个名为“Refresh”的新工作表,并编程Zapier在每天凌晨3点左右用当前时间和日期戳编辑工作表中的一个单元格。

    接下来,我在每个工作表中创建了一个需要自动刷新的隐藏列,并使用单元格链接从“刷新”工作表中提取时间和日期戳。这样我只有一个zap来从Zapier和细胞链接流数据到所有表我已经链接。由于它正在获得当前的时间和日期戳,Smartsheet认为这是数据正在更改,并将更改保存到表…从而导致刷新。自从做了这个改变后,我每天早上5点自动通过电子邮件发送的报告就有了今天的准确信息,而不是昨天的旧数字。

    我仍然不确定为什么Smartsheet不能在内部处理这类功能。不幸的是,我必须使用第三方(Zapier)来强制刷新。
