我要做的是使用日期修改和修改时间系统列在表。

我有一个问题与修改日期列生成的Smartsheet。一旦选中一列,我们创建的文件就会向相应的联系人发送请求更新。当相应的联系人提交更新时,我们使用一个规则锁定该行,以便不再提交更新。
我们遇到的问题是,每当有人进入文件、添加一行并保存时,Modified Date列就会更新。用户没有对现有行进行更新,但是Modified Date列更新了文件最后保存时的日期和时间;这个专栏应该是这样的吗,还是我做错了什么?

听起来您的公式在所有行上运行/刷新,然后更新这些行的Modified日期。
MIN函数只查看单元格的显示值,不能通过cell History搜索第一个修改日期。
你是否想追踪某个特定的变化?我建议使用记录日期工作流检查具体的变化,然后记录日期的方式,看:使用“记录日期”操作设置当前日期
