How to include comments in an automation e-mail body?
Hi there,
I've got an automation setup that includes comments in the e-mail that is generated from SS.
In the email response, all the fields minus attachments and comments show up. When you click the "Open Update Form" button, you can expand the comments. Is there a way to include them in the e-mail either innately or through a back-end way?

Genevieve P. Employee AdminAs you've found, it's not currently possible to have all the historical comments for a specific row show in the initial email alert portion of workflows. You would need to either open up the Update Form or navigate to the row in the sheet in order to see all the comments associated with that row.
