最让我沮丧的一件事是无法轻松删除共享用户。

我知道在用户管理部分，我可以输入一个电子邮件地址，然后把那个人从所有的共享删除。

然而，我有100多股。为什么没有一份名单告诉我每张纸上可以分享的每个人。

目前，我无法看到一种查看整个帐户的方法，并查看我们是否遗漏了从共享表中删除已离开组织的人员。

    有一种快速的方法可以将某人从所有共享的表、报告和所有东西中删除。这是我们在员工离开公司时所做的。转到“用户管理”，从“更多操作”下拉菜单中选择“撤销对项目的访问权限”…位于左上角。然后输入对方的电子邮件地址。这将把它们从所有东西中移除。

It is because of the size of the widget vs the scale of the data. This is definitely possible, if you only have a few outcomes you can use a formula to create the response in a cell that you can pull into a notification message.<\/p>
