行似乎是自己移动的

我们已经在我们的研讨会上使用SmartSheets大约5个月了,但有一个问题我们还没有弄清楚为什么它会这样做。

我所说的智能表是将父行作为我们的“Job”,子行作为该Job中的步骤的调度。

我们在父行上有一个自动锁定,这意味着只有我们的计划器有能力移动父行或使用排序功能(他们不会触及,因为它会导致更多的问题而不是帮助)。

计划人员将手动将工作按顺序或日期和优先级排序,以便车间人员可以按此顺序查看计划。

我见过这种情况,在我身上发生过20多次,行似乎自己移动到一个新的顺序。

有权限移动行的两个人(我和计划员)多次坐在一起,在一台电脑上移动作业的顺序。当我们按下保存smartsheet,它的保存过程,然后一旦它被保存,我们向下滚动,一切都是无序的(是的,我们确定我们按下保存而不是刷新-这发生在过去5个月的很多情况下)。

其次,有时我们按下保存,然后刷新,订单被保存到新订单中。在这段时间里,只有我和策划人可以改变表格的顺序,我们俩都不在自己的办公桌前。我们回来,刷新,它又出了问题。

起初,我确信一定是有人不小心重新排序了,但现在我一次又一次地目睹了同样的事情。

我有一个理论,如果另一个用户(即使没有移动行的能力)在他们的计算机上以原始顺序打开表…然后,在更改和保存顺序之后,该用户不会刷新。他们在没有刷新的情况下更新了一个百分比或者其他东西,他们的智能表版本自动保存了旧订单,而不是新订单,因为那个人没有刷新。

所以当他们没有“重新排序”的能力时,如果旧的订单仍然显示在他们的屏幕上,那么这是否会覆盖计划器保存的新订单,因为他们没有刷新?

如果还没有刷新,SmartSheet是否会在覆盖其他人已经做过的保存之前,在顺序中查找任何新的保存。

我已经看到这个问题出现了很多次,现在在这个社区的其他人,我们个人正在失去很多时间诉诸我们的计划。

如果这是问题(不刷新和旧的订单保存在新的排序表之上),路线图中有什么可以解决这个问题…或者我们可以做些什么来减少这种情况的发生。是不是关掉所有的自动保存,训练人们在离开办公桌前刷新一下?

    我相信你关于另一个用户的理论是正确的。

    如果你在他们进行更改时保存了一些内容,他们应该在屏幕顶部收到通知,让他们知道已经进行了更改,并提示他们刷新工作表。

    如果他们不刷新工作表,他们实际上会保存您的更改。

    有几件事需要去核实……

    在右上角,它将为当前访问该表格的每个人(不包括您自己)显示一个图标。请密切关注该区域,看看在您进行更改时,工作表中是否有其他人。

    您还可以访问工作表的活动日志,看看是否有任何迹象表明其他人正在改变周围的事情。

It is because of the size of the widget vs the scale of the data. This is definitely possible, if you only have a few outcomes you can use a formula to create the response in a cell that you can pull into a notification message.<\/p>
