在基于更改的工作流中，如果同时触发6行或更少的行，占位符将与Alert或Update Request操作一起使用占位符，将生成单独的通知。如果同时触发了七行或更多行，则自定义主题和主体将被删除。

更新:我发现了一个变通办法，至少会部分解决我的问题-只要我们没有同时发生7个触发事件(我认为工作“同时”与Smartsheet是非常松散的，如果两个独立的触发事件发生超过5分钟的间隔被认为是同时;))。在占位符页面发现:

@maltaee<\/a> Yes, you can only map one column to one field, you can not map options within a column. Since your question is split out to two fields you need two columns. <\/p> You could change your form to combine the yes \/ no into one field instead and remove the text yes and no, and then if someone selects yes it will show yes, or someone selects no it would show no. It will keep the number you entered and continue where it left off (you might have to tell it which number to start at when you switch it back).
