I need help merging 2 accounts

I currently have a paid business account through my employer, but I have recently discovered I have 2 accounts that need to be merged. I realize this is not an "application" question, but a back office one. However, I have not located where I can submit a ticket or chat with someone that can help.

Do you have admin access into your Smartsheet account? If so, you can follow these steps to merge user accounts in the User Management part of the Admin Center. If not, you can forward this onto someone in your organization who does and they should be able to run these steps.

I am not aware of a different view in Smartsheet. In MS Project you can view it as a network diagram. That would be a good suggestion for a future feature enhancement.<\/p>

Beyond that, maybe zooming the timescale?<\/p>

I have seen some comments in other threads about using conditional formatting to change the formatting (red text\/highlighting) of rows where the task is on the critical path. I haven't tried it, so am not familiar with the formulas\/set up to do that. That still won't present it in a linear fashion... but at least you will see which tasks are on the critical path. Although, now that I am thinking about it... if there is a way to use conditional formatting, then you could also set up a filter.... <\/p>

This it will only show rows\/tasks that are on the critical path. Neat.
